Silica Sol Casting & Water Glass Casting
We have two types of lost wax casting processing in our foundry, both silica sol casting and water glass casting can be worked in our foundry to obtain different tolerance and surface of the metal parts.
Metallurgy & Engineering
You can send drawings of your parts to us, and also you can send us the samples for us to design and draw. We can accept both 2D/3D drawings.
In-house Tooling & CNC machining
We can make tooling of the cast parts in our own factory, which is convenient to control the lead time and accuracy. And we have advanced cnc machining machines in factory.
Heat Treatment
We have facilities in factory for Normalizing, Tempering, Annealing and Quenching on the steel casting components.
